GH USAGE
i was wondering if some of you guys who have more experience with gh could give your opinions on the best way to use it.
example : how many--- units a day, days per week , spreading it out through the day, duration of usage.
i am curious regarding a person who is using it their first time, but others might be intrested also.

Anything below 10IU/day is a waste, unless you are a woman and 4IU/d is OK. Also, you need to do it for months at a time.
You need insulin and gear if you want it for size. Without insulin, just with gear it will keep you lean and give you more maturity and density to the muscles.

Just wanted to know what you think of 4iu of gh for 5 days on 2 off along with 600mg of prop a week. I am more concerened with getting leaner not bigger at least for now 6'2 1/2 232 13% bf

Well bro, i would save my money til I could afford more GH. At 4iu you probably won't notice too much. I had decent results using 6iu and had great results when I moved it to 9iu.

take it 5 on, 2 off, that is correct, but do not take more than 6 units that is just wasteful, you may want to start with 4, just be careful, but with gh more is not always better, no more than 6!!!

Usually on the offseason I take less GH than when cutting because I believe GH doesn't work as well when on offseason diet so I don't use as much. I use 10iu's Offseason and up to 18iu's when cutting.

Care to explain why?
Myselef, and everyone else, the more GH one uses the more results they experience. I have gone up to 30IU/day and the results have been phenomenal.

i am somewhat of a gh skeptic, but
in my research, from many publication and from some professionals, and from personal use, the body seems to only be able to efficiently handle gh in units of 6 and under, i realize this is not something all will agree on, but gh is something we all have to be careful with, especially someone using for the first time, i would assume by his question he is a gh newbie, and for that very reason he should not be suscepting himself to 30 units, or even 10 units, everyone will have different results because all of our bodies are different, for me 6 units, and bring on the test by the heaps, some eq, some deca, and some a50s, and i am huge, i love gh, but in moderation, just my opinion, but i think you guys will agree, a newbie needn't take 10 or more units of growth, right?

I just like using less GH because for me GH works better on calorie deficet diet OR Cutting Diets. When I am gorging myself w/ tons of food good ole androgens, anabolics and slin work great for me. Now, I use GH pretty much year round and have even lowered the dose in the last few months because of some jaw problems and such and suggestions from my doc. My doc has always been there to do EVERYTHING for me and keep me in check.hehehe Don't get me wrong I prolly would do 18ius of GH a day when bulking but, for me I think it is just a waste for me.

Big A, you use 30iu's of that Equigen GH right?? I thought that was a "you have to use more" GH anyway. I mean when you say 30iu's you don't mean 30iu's of Humatrope do you??hehehe

i use somatropin, made by serona labs, i love the stuff, in small amounts, just for you big a, lol

I have used up to 6IU/d, Somatonorm, the Russian stuff, Humatrope, Genotropin. I have used Norditropin up to 12IU/d and the results were much better than 6IU/d.
When I got my hands on Equigen, 12IU/d of it worked as well as 12IU/d of Norditropin. Since Equigen is so cheap, I could afford to go up to 30IU/d and the results have been amazing, much better than 12IU/d Norditropin.
