Best for water retention?

What do you guys prefer the most for shedding water retention? I tend to hold a lot of water when on and want to keep that to a mininum this time! In the past alot of the water was due to my diet but I have that pretty much dialed in now (some fine tuning left)

I like to use liquidex even though I like some water retention. It also helps real well with gyno, at least for me. Later, Bigwil

Anti-e's will help alot. I have a script for diuretics so I just use them when my ankles get a little puffy.

I have never really had problems with holding water, so I just use Nolva and never get any water ret. at all.

Good thing because it is alot cheaper compared to A-Dex....IMO

Liquidex .5mg a day during the entire cycle always helps to minimize the bloat for me.

I TAKE ARIMIDEX AND IT DOES A GOOD JOB...A BIT PRICEY, BUT GOOD STUFF

Letro is the best anti-E for the money. Its the Estrogen that causes water retention. Letro also keeps the boobs in check and raises rfg1 levels. All other anti E lower it
