injecting advice

Hi - any advice on how to reduce the the slightly painful sub-cutaneous lumps that build up from injecting oil based juice? It makes the weekly shots something I dont look forward to!

WEll, you could warm the oil under hot water. THat would help losen it up and allow it to spread through the muscle.

Take a hot shower after the shot and massage the area.

Put some icy hot on the area before bed.

these little tips have helped me get through some of the more painful injects.

thanks for the tips. something tells me i get more lumps than the average guy but maybe warming it all up will free the juice.

I cant do sub-q..too many welts. Just wondering whats wrong with IM for oil gear--problems as well?

try one of the better plug in massagers i have a nioce one i picked up for 60bucks and it works wonders on injection lumps

That he does do IM, BUT --- he is talking about the knots that appear to be Sub - Q, after the poke. You know, like when you take a delt shot and it looks lumpy for a day or so....
