as of right now i am a natty, 19yrs old 6' 205lbs dont know my body fat but i have good abs and good cuts.( i have won some teen BB shows) anyway pro-hormones are a waste bro, dont believe the hype. i've taken ZMA before and i did feel some recuperation help, but mainly i have stuck to the basic supps. protien shakes/bars,
creatine,
glutamine. thats all you need as far as supps if your 18yrs or younger, IMO. tooch just eat-lift-rest, but mainly eat, dont read flex and follow some pro's routine, go to the library and read everything on diet and lifting and how the body works. no "stack" from GNC will get you huge, theres nothing works better then hard fuckin work
