protein smoothies

I love these im having one as i post this thread

crushed ice
1/4 of a bananna
a few whole strawberries
100% rasberry juice
protein powder (vanilla or strawberry)
a little pineapple juice followed by pineapple chunks
mix & drink taste great
i add glutamine along with mine
and did i mention cheap

i have other recipes but this is my fav at the moment
i'm always looking for diffrent ways of consuming protein

If I even looked at that shake I'd be a fat ass. 33 and metaboism is f'n stopped.

protein powder, water, ice, flax seeds and flax seed oil.

I agree with twistedneck, those above smoothies are screaming with carbohydrates/fat. My favorite is still Ultramet, skim milk, banana, and 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter. I try to get a balance of carbohydrates and protein with my meals so this seems to do the trick.

When i'm dieting down I like to mix crystal lite with vanilla. It tastes like a creamsicle.
