actually if this id your first cycle and you do it
correct 30lbs should be no problem at all.
my advice for your first cycle, go with what you have in mind
the test deca an d-boll. I wouldnt put a time limit on your cycle
or a set amount of weeks, just run it untill you get your 30lbs.
maybe a few months. Id say buy the end of summer you can
get there if your dedicated, that means #! EAT , sleep, and
train like a man on a mission. if you dont get your
protein
in you simply will not get good results so stock up on
food and a good
protein supplement.
T-200 or some type of eninthate~ 750mg throughout
deca 400-600 mg throughout
d-boll 40-50 mg Every day for the first 2-3 weeks
if you have tabs split `em up if you get injectable kind
just take it before you go an train. Reforvit-b is good and cheap,
I like the orange injectable kind and you can either drink it
or inject it.
no excessive drinking and no drugs or your wasting time.
make sure your doing compound movements before you do curls
and the other Tank-top muscles. Barbells and dumbells
the maybe finish off on your cables or iso movements.
