Well I'm now under the 6 week mark for my 1st comp ever! All is on track nicely and looking lean and hard already, the only thing I'm finding hard is remembering my name on low carb days lol.
In the last week I'll get some pics and post them and also scan in where I've come from 12 mths ago to now. At the moment my stats are;

5'8''
215 lb
8 % body fat
I'd also like to give a huge thank you to BIGKIWI who has helped me and still is through out my diet and contest preperation, without his wisdom and advice I think I'd have quit a few weeks ago on the diet.
