JUST MY TWO CENTS WORTH, BUT I JUST COMPETED IN THE JR NATIONALS LAST WEEKEND AND I CARBED UP ON EVERYTHING FROM WENDYS CLASSIC DOUBLES, TO WHITE CASTLE SLIDERS, TO PANCAKES WITH HASHBROWNS, ICE CREAM, YOU NAME IT IF IT WAS JUNK FOOD I ATE IT. I OF COURSE USED HUMILIN R EVERY FEW HOURS TITRATING FROM 6 UNITS TO 10. THIS WORKED GREAT, BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO GO THIS ROUTE RISTRICTING YOUR WATER INTAKE IS A MUST. THAT COMBINED WITH SOMETHING TO EXCRETE WATER AND YOU SHOULD BE ALRIGHT. I COMPETED IN THE WESTERN REGIONALS LAST NOVEMBER AND WEIGHED IN AT 242 CARBED UP, THIS TIME 243 AT WEIGH INS (N0T CARBED UP) AND ABOUT 248-9 AFTER CARBING WITH ABOUT A 20% INCREASE IN CONDITIONING.
