Starting to turn around for BBA..

|--[\\\\]>----------- I'm raring for a come back. After 7 weeks of not being able to train legs, i did leg presses last week. went up to 7 plates on a side for reps, stopped there, didn't want to push it. Tonite will be the 2nd week in a row after my broken ankle where i'll be doing presses again, gonna try and stay under 10 plates so i don't re-injur s'thing. Went to the derm. today and tricked the doc into perscribing me some 'tane again...told him all the other ones (tetra, minocylc.) made me feel sick and lost appetite...so he gave in and gave me 'tane...yeah!

Keep us posted on your progress back.

You breaking your ankle reminds me of a buddy of mine who broke his leg and still came into the gym and did one-legged hack squats...what a goof ball!!

BBA, was it you a while ago that said they were having pain at the top of the knee caps when squatting? If so, did you ever have it diagnosed by a doc as anything? Just curious, whatever came of it.
