Pathetic Arm development
i need help!!!!!!!!
My damn arms won't grow!!! they get strong but don't seem to get mass. I am wanting to try the synthetec, kinda hesitant on it tho.
Any of you doods got advise on blasting bis and tris for quality growth?? Any suggestions for the use of the oil???
I got my hat out on the corner next to me when i play my guitar hoping one of you guys would walk by and pitch some test in there for me!!
Thanks bros...

Here is my suggestion.....Quit concentrating so much on the arms, instead concentrate on the whole package; in other words your overall body mass - particularly legs... By strengthening and spurring the legs to grow, the body will respnd by an improvement upstairs as well..So up the calories and protein, and train your arms heavy and whatever you do, no OVERTRAINING. Perhaps you could try this (it worked for me in one of my sticking points) Superset your arms! SO do a set of barbell curls, then do some skullcrushers. These are just suggestions, make sure not to screw your form up too much --- try to get that full range of movement and get those muscles stretched. Preacher cursl can do wonders for your bi's too....and do not forget about weighted dips (trying to emphasize the tris) either for tris....

I remember reading an article once somewhere that if youre not doing the basics then you shouldnt expect your arms to grow. I wish I could remember where I read it because it made alot of sense. Ivan hit the nail in the head when he said to concentrate on the whole package...it will come. Sure test would help, but if youre not eating dont expect to grow. Good luck.

GODDAMN it finally worked....
Anyway... Stats...
5'7" 165
Arms 15 1/2
chest 44
waist 30
legs 22 1/4
Trust me guys... i do all the basics... that isn't the problem! I just wondered if you guys have any workouts that really blast em. I haven't been eating the best in the last few weeks... Probably has some to do with it, but not entirely since this has been a problem for years now. I need to get some prop and do a little site inj. action. hehe
Thanks for your help bros.!!!

One thing I notice is people start the motion with their body and finish the rep with their shoulders. What i mean is the body starts the movement the biceps do the middle work and the shoulders finish.
Keep your elbow locked to the side of your body. Do not move the humorous up as you raise the weight, that involves the shoulder. Keep that elbow at your side through the whole motion. This will focus on the BICEPS more. try some light weight first to get the feel. It is ok to cheat on your last couple reps...but be sure to keep that back straight.
STEAK just trying to help :)

Going by the stats you offered I wouldn't assume your arm developement is pathetic or lagging, they seem in proportion. You're just not a big guy..........yet. Keep lifting heavy, eating big and focus on adding overall size to yourself and your arms will follow.

you'll love this...
i had trouble with my bi's for a year and a half, could'nt get a good pump, not happy with my growth, and my elbows hurt all the time from trying to lift heavy to get them sucka's to grow, finally i said fuck it and changed up my approach. i train bi's by themselves now, well i do abs on bicep day, but that's it..and the biggest growth factor for me (assuming your diet is on) has been this. i do 21's for biceps first thing...if this doesn't absolutely kill them then nothing will! 7 reps lower portion of movement,7 reps top portion of movement, followed by seven reps fullrange. if you can complete all your repsin the third and fourth set, then youre not using enough weight...my fuckin' guns explode halfway into my second set every time! then i do a couple more moves with light weight and keep the reps up high(12-16) you could never get me to go back to curling150lbs for sets of six again....that weight is just a fucking number...time under tension is the way to go!!

IMO you need to look at your diet as number 1 and then your training. Time under tension is a real good way to go for shocking those arms to grow as earlygraver suggested too.
I read somewhere but; fucked if I can remember where; that for every X amount of total lean mass you put on you can expect to gain Y in innches on your arms, so the simple solution is eat well and loads, train hard, heavy and basic and grow grow grow.
