Traps??

I was wondering if anyone site injects into their traps. synthol, kynoselen, Anything, My traps are good size, but I would like them to look freaky looking. Fill me in guys???

if you want your traps to increase in size like a mofo all you have to do is two things! Floor cleans and hand cleans everyweek in your work out and you will see much improvement in 2 to 6 months. I was a junior national weightlifter from 15 to 17 and my traps are crazy huge from cleans and snatched. Make sure you know how to do the lift correctly or ask a trainer or friend that does. Also heavy barbell srugs the correct way, no rolling, staight up and down.

i agree, but i would also add sumo style deadlifts. they blast the traps pretty well. i have seen a pic of a guy injecting into his trap on www.spotinjections.com but i have never met anyone who has

no way, those shitheads on that website are crazy.
Thats not at all something i would recomend doing,lol
listen to built big, its all in the training,genetics, and nutriton.
Site injects are not the answer to big traps imo

i would never do a trap injection either, could you imagine what it would feel like if you hit the nerve, ouch!

Thanks for the advice guys, I think I will start doing some of the shit built big said to do, I have been doing shrugs behind my back which made them pretty big. I think they are 2 or 3 inches tall but I want them bigger.....Thanks again!

behind the neck shrugs need to be done lite with high reps because you put so much stress on your rotator cuff you could tear it pretty easily. I see it happen all the time in the gym and in the clinic. In the front shrugs you can go heavy. But I am telling you floor clean are #1 make sure and I say make sure you start lite if your not use to this lift and have a trainer show you the correct meathed because you can fuck shit up doing it the wrong way when you start to go heavy!!

They will kick yer ass everytime, I dnt think Ive done them since highschool but i still remeber them well. Make me breath harder then squats,lol

I recommend doing clean and presses. Load the bar with what ever weight, squat down and grab the bar and clean it to your chest and then press it overhead. That will give you that Goldberg look. Make sure that every rep you go all of the way back to the ground.

foamin out his mouth like a rabied madman.,lol
I beleive ya though..Id say that outa blast em. I may try an throse those in next shoulder day, Ive been needin ta change it up a bit anyhow.

power cleans are nasty for traps, try doing those then a super set of DB shrugs and upright rows, that'll get you a nice burn. I hadn't really thought of clean and presses though I'll have to try those

if you do power cleans correctly the first movement is a shrug!!!!!!so maybe if your not seeing a result from them your doing the lift wrong!

Yeah they suck bro. I hate doing them but they do really work. You have a shrug, an upright row, and a press, which all work your traps pretty good. Let us know how they felt next shoulder day. Bigwil

I have injected into Traps and it hurt like a bitch. Also cause some numbness in both arms. I think there are to many nerves tha take this path to the rest of the body. Not worth the pain
