I haven't used masteron before (would love to though), but some soreness in the delt can often be attributed (from mine anyway) to some small movements during injecting. Try and relax the arm totally by resting on your leg and get in a position where you have good leverage and your active hand is steady. And let us know how the masteron goes - are you comping, complementing with it or how are you using it? IronMike
