i'm no personal trainer, but all i can say is clean diet (no junk food), high in protien, low in carbs, frequent small meals. i wont go into cardio because i dont know your medical history (blood pressure, heart problems, breathing problems, ect. ect.) also keep up the research on the net, read as much as you can about weight loss
