need help

Hey bro's,
new to the site but looking to get some quality info. Im on a goal to lose weight, but im not to educated in the whole diet and cardio information. I need to know exact information like what food only that i can eat, how much and how often cardio that i can do, or any other helpful info to help me slim down. Dont laugh but my stats are 6'1 250lbs, but look bout 270. Im not the bulking muscular shape. Im willing to do anything to lose weight, so post away with useful info and i really appreciate it!

i'm no personal trainer, but all i can say is clean diet (no junk food), high in protien, low in carbs, frequent small meals. i wont go into cardio because i dont know your medical history (blood pressure, heart problems, breathing problems, ect. ect.) also keep up the research on the net, read as much as you can about weight loss

lIf you don't have any medical conditions you could try a combination of winstrol tabs, t3, and clenbuterol. I'd say that is the safest way to get lean quick and you don't have to bother with needles. A lot of pro's sometimes use t3 and clenbuterol year around. The winstrol tabs will help you with endurence as well as getting cut. Other than that a strict diet is always your most profitable bet. Now if you make yourself a good diet plan while your on those supplements, the results you are looking for will come sooner than you think. Like the other guy said "NO JUNK FOOD." Good Luck.
