Nolvadex

I always hear people describe there cycles.
And at the end everyone always says that there gonna have Nolvdex on hand "just in case".
Now,..... will someone please describe what "just in case" means?
I know that Nolvadex is for gyno, but what are the signs that u need to start taking the stuff. Do your titties swell up like a pair of 36 D-Cups? I've never had the problem so I want to know what to look out for in case I do need the Nolvadez to cure a problem.

if you get it you will know it...usually starts out as itchy nipples or very sensitive. then you will feel a small lump around the nipple area. arimidex and nolvadex work well. get rid of it at the get go and there are no worries. letting it get out of control is when you will have probs. or you can just get them cut out and not worry about it lol
