I got this diet of a buddy of mine who competes naturally, its good i did it for a couple of months and GREW. the trick is to stick to it everday that way when you want to lean up or you notice your getting to fat you can just cut off a bit of carbs every week, i was sticking to it until exams and it got all fucked up, but i will attempt to eat this way again in january, here it was:
Meal 1: 2 bowls of ceraal, 50 grams
protein powder, 2 tasp PB
Meal 2: 4 eggs, bagel with cream cheese, 1 cup cottage cheese
Meal 3/4 30 grams of
protein from meat, 1 cup cottage cheese
2 potatoes and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
preworkout: some low gi carbs before workout
postworkout: 100 grams sugar, 50 grams
protein, 2 tbsp PB
Meal 5: 30 pro from meat, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 potatoes
Meal 6: 50 grams of
protein from meat or cottage cheese plus
potato.
total is 350 grams of
protein, no idea about fat but pretty high, it all depends on the meat u eat, tuna or readmeat.... and carbs are about 500-600
