Cool What do you eat in a day?

Ok since there are a lot of newbies floatin' around (myself included) I thought this might be a cool thread to start.

What do you eat? Take us through a day of meals. What you eat and what time you eat it, from the min you get up till the min you go to bed.

I myself know that I'm not getting enough food in myself. Trying like hell to eat more and more, but sometimes its just tough with work and shit.

as my cycle grows/ so does the amount of food. I dont like to eat much when i am off. so when i get back on, i have to up the calaries everyday. I am near the middle of my cycle, and i write down exactly what i eat each day.

this is yesterdays:

1. 4 egg white, 2 eggs, oatmeal, orange juice(with protein), water.

2. chicken strips (5). 2 rolls, protein shake, water

3. Wopper with chese, protein bar, coke

4. Steak n fries, milk shake, water

5. sat down and ate 1/2 bottle of peanut butter, milk, water

6. protein shake, steak, 4 eggs, water, milk

7. milkshake (icecream, milk, yogurt)

I got this diet of a buddy of mine who competes naturally, its good i did it for a couple of months and GREW. the trick is to stick to it everday that way when you want to lean up or you notice your getting to fat you can just cut off a bit of carbs every week, i was sticking to it until exams and it got all fucked up, but i will attempt to eat this way again in january, here it was:

Meal 1: 2 bowls of ceraal, 50 grams protein powder, 2 tasp PB

Meal 2: 4 eggs, bagel with cream cheese, 1 cup cottage cheese

Meal 3/4 30 grams of protein from meat, 1 cup cottage cheese
2 potatoes and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

preworkout: some low gi carbs before workout

postworkout: 100 grams sugar, 50 grams protein, 2 tbsp PB

Meal 5: 30 pro from meat, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 potatoes

Meal 6: 50 grams of protein from meat or cottage cheese plus
potato.

total is 350 grams of protein, no idea about fat but pretty high, it all depends on the meat u eat, tuna or readmeat.... and carbs are about 500-600

replace glycogen storage after you lift weights, so decrease recovery time, make you stronger etc... fructose is actually what i use, but you could my buddy just uses that premade koolaid mix.

your a hard gainer and you put on mass with that diet???? thats the kind of diet i want to use next LEAN bulking cycle since i store bodyfat very easily..... you don't have much fat intake in that diet, i'd say throw in some PB, but if its working good for you then thats great....

THAT NOTHING TO DO WITH MY SNACKING , AND YES ITS ALOT TO PUT WEIGHT ON . AND THERES PLENTY OF NATURAL FAT IN ALL THAT . AND YES ITS WORKING GREAT . I LIE TO KEEP BF BELOW 10% MAKES IT EASIER TO BURN OFF .

it depend for example when I'm on a cycle I'll eat 6-8k of cals ed and 400 g of protein but I'm off right now and this is what I ate yesterday
meal1- 2chicken breast, can of corn
meal2- 2chicken breast, can of beans, can of beats
post workout meal- protein shake 70gs of p
meal4- 2chicken breast, can of corn
meal5-2chicken breast, can of peas, half a jar of hot peppers
meal6- protein shake
also I usualy consume about 1/2 gallon of milk every day.
