Listen to this!
Im taking 300mg's a week of just Deca (QV).
I took my third shot on Saturday and on Wednesday I paused 250 on bench.
I could not have done any more that day.
Then on Friday my coach watched as I attempted 255 and I threw it up like nothing! Get this I did 275!
He and everyone else in there (including me) could not believe it.
Then everyone including my coaches started to gossip "25lbs. in two days?". Thats not a good thing. Should I start hiding my workouts?
I didnt think it would kick in until about the 4th week or so, how is this?
Ive also succesfully put on 10lbs thats there everytime I check the scale(a little more but never less). And Im looking 100% better, fuller.
To me thats pretty da*n good!
My test never showed results like this even on the 10th week.
I love This deca, It is great stuff.
At this rate can I keep expecting gains like this or will I start to plateau?
