Shedding the rest of this BF and getting Ripped.

Hey,

Anyone have any good ideas about getting rid of this unwanted BF fast for a woman?

Here are my stats.

5'4
128
BF=19

What is your average caloric intake? What is your cardio routine? I understand the need/want to get rid of fat quickly... believe me. But remember... the faster you shed the bf the quicker it comes back, the harder it is to maintain and the more muscle tone you will lose. A good solid diet and workout routine is the answer for a lean strong bod.

Post those two things above and I bet you get some great suggestions. /t\

Thanks akursus-

Calorie intake daily about 1500-2000

Cardio- 4-5 times a week I do about 45 min on the treadmil run half walk fast half. Cross-trainer 45 min.

Your diet is the #1 thing here...

You can do hours of cardio in a week, but if you are on a large pizza diet, you won't shed any of that unwanted fat.

I am assuming that you are limiting your carbs to 30% or so, your protein to 50% and your good fats to 20% or so. I can't state how important it is to really keep track of what macro and micro nutrients you are taking in and in what ratios when you want to shed that last bit of body fat.

Some now disagree with this theory but I firmly believe that doing cardio in the morning before eating sheds fat like nothing else. Remember not to push yourself too hard however as you are trying to stay anaerobic with morning cardio. Don't eat for 30-45 minutes after and take in a moderate complex carb meal and have that be your main (if not only) complex carb meal of the day. The rest of the day should consist of simple carbs such as fruits, veggies, natural yougurt and such.

This formula works wonders for me...
