Here's some suggestions...
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 full tblspn in every shake (or twice a day), a good weight gainer (Gainers Fuel 3000 for example), lots of natural peanut butter, Lots of Almonds (raw is best), Flax oil 1 full tblspn in each shake, You really should be able to get your needed cals in 5 to 6 meals a day with adding these foods.
Here's another hint... heh heh... incorporate some EQ into each cycle and before you know it, you won't be sick of eating trust me /-
Hope that helps bro...

Ursus posted some good info (good to see you around more, bro!), but I wanted to say to have a shake with every meal. If youre eating six meals, throw in 6 shakes (w/ water) for some extra protein/cals. Add into it some goodies (Nat PB, Flax) that Ursus suggested and you should be good. Good luck!

Well, if you are trying to gain weight, as I am, just make sure you eat every 2 hours of the day. For me, I try to get in atleast 50 grams of protein per meal. I don't really focus on what I eat as long as I get 50 grams of protein out of it. A quick and easy meal that I eat all of the time is, one peanut butter and jelly sandwich(lots of peanut butter), 2 cups of milk, one can of tuna and a piece of fruit. McDonald's has their double cheeseburgers for $1 right now, so I try to take advantage of that. I'd say that each burger has at least 25g of protein, so I eat 4 a day split into 2 meals. I don't really worry about getting enough calories becase I know I am and I am gaining about 4 pounds per week right now, with about 80% of it being muscle, the rest water and fat! I get about 400g's of protein per day doing this. I am currently running test cyp at 800mg's per week.

its not as hard as everyoen makes it out to think... 2 tips alone here dozen boiled eggs pre cooked, 1 shaked pre made, shake consist of 10 scoops of whey@22g's per serving 16oz of milk is another 16g's I think 2 tab PB, around another 10g's, 1 egg 6gs more. that shake alone is around 230grams of protien or so to drink on through out the day.. dozen eggs pop a couple down whenever u get the chance unshell them all at once to save time, stop to pour a shake down an egg and have a small meal...

Well, to help out cause I know how tired of chewing and eating food gets...
I just put a can or two of chicken breast, tuna, or salmon, etc. into my blender and form a paste. Then I just mix it with water and start chuggin. The texture is horrable but like I said, it beats the hell out of trying to chew up all that stuff.

You might try a weight gainer like champion nutrition's heavy weight gainer 900, or weider's mega mass. Lot's of calories in these. Also if you are doing cardio you might try restricting that for a while and see what happens. Good luck!!

Here you go
Do 4 regular meals a day. Between those meals do shakes. Shakes seem to digest easier and you dont get so full and you eat your next meal easy. For instance use some protein like Synthepure 2 heaping scoops is around 60g of protein, put in a little PB, some oreas and milk. Make it around 12 oz maybe a little thick but you wont fill up much. Do 3 of those with 4 regular meals and you can hit 4000-5000 calories and its not to bad. The thing is make your food taste good, that paste chicken shake PUKE, I can see why one would get sick of eating. Also if eating is a problem try some injectable vitamin b. Other than that try some cardio to increase the appetite. Hope that helps. Also you can make a shake and put it in the fridge.. when you wake up in the night slam it and back to bed you go.

Not trying to flame, but...
I think everyone who has posted has given you a lot of creative idea's bro. You are basically gonna have to shovel that shit in until you can't stand it. Your'e not gonna grow by osmosis man, if it were that easy we would all be freak's, but it's not. It takes lots of hard work. I can't really rhink of anything else to help you. If your'e not that worried about getting fat, you might try eating some fast food every other day or something. Remember this isn't a flame, just my opinion. Good luck

sounds like someone wants an easy way to gain...no such thing my friend...at my peak I weighed 270 (I'm 5'9") and was taking in 7-8K cals a day, and yes eating took up a large part of my day, but I don't do anything half ass. Hell, I'm dieting now and am eating 7 times a day...it takes time and effort.
