Here are a few things that I always incorporate into a bulking diet:
1) a multi- vitamin - don't underestimate the value of this!
2) dessicated liver - the amino profiles alone are enough said
3) natural peanut butter - Lot's and Lot's and Lot's for your EFA's
4) B complex - complicated so I won't go into it but just get some
5) Weight gainer - good quality quick high calorie meals are a must
Remember... keep it simple and keep it cheap I really don't spend all that much money on supps. I spend my money on real food mostly. keep your ratio around 60/30/10 (carb/
protein/fats)
