Question can anyone help

Im tryin to add more quality muscle. Im on pretty good "bulking" diet and have put on some weight. Im 5'11 217lbs and 19yrs old. Im trying to get to 230lbs before i begin my diet for my Teen Nationals competition. Im currently taking around 420-430 grams of protein per day and 620-630grams of carbs. Im only taking Test 200 at the time, is there any suggestions as to anything else i can do or anything else i can take? Thanks guys, any suggestions are appreciated!

well the best in my opinion for Quality muscle would be Finaplix.
Get you some d-boll to stack with your test and or Deca.
Also for bulking test Cypionate is up top of the list.
If money is no option you could also consider GH. and all the good things that go with that but id say just stick with the roids for now. Good luck and welcome to the board, sounds like you`r

Dam bro thats alot of damn food. Personally i would take for you 600-800mg of test depending on history and some deca and maybe an oral if you up for it. You can easily hit 240 with those additions but take an anti E. let us know your history and i will try to help more... also what is your BF% at... i dont want to make it too high.

Thanks guys for your helpful info. Money isnt really a problem its just gettin gear, that is. I know i eat alot but i think eating is half the battle, my bodyfat % is somewhere around 19-21%. I dont get that fat when i bulk, even though im tryin to. If yall have anymore suggestions please post. Once again thanks alot and keep em comin!

had an appt rite next to Worlds. Kinda small but Hardcore

i worked and trained at Worlds last year i loved it, hardcore atmosphere, and great guys (helpful). So i know exactly what your talking about!

raJJIN, I am from Arnold also. I have probably sen you around, I tralined at World's a few times. I know someone who worked there. They just closed it down.

Man to be 19 again...putt'n on 10-15 lbs real muscle per year, growin outta your clothes...sorry just reminiscing...welcome, this is a great place to get info...lots of friendly bros, I'm kinda new here too... guys made me feel right @ home.For puttin on weight try peanut butter(natural) put it on everything...even your toothbrush..just kiddn... best of luck in your show/t\ hope this helps....

Well...

At 19 I'm quite sure you don't need gear but I ain't gonna sit here and go into that 'cause you're gonna do what you're gonna do right? -/

Here are a few things that I always incorporate into a bulking diet:

1) a multi- vitamin - don't underestimate the value of this!

2) dessicated liver - the amino profiles alone are enough said

3) natural peanut butter - Lot's and Lot's and Lot's for your EFA's

4) B complex - complicated so I won't go into it but just get some

5) Weight gainer - good quality quick high calorie meals are a must


Remember... keep it simple and keep it cheap I really don't spend all that much money on supps. I spend my money on real food mostly. keep your ratio around 60/30/10 (carb/protein/fats)
