Proportionality
I started weight training 4 yrs ago as rehab after i had a broken collar bone surgically corrected. Now im all good i continue for the fun of it and my own vanity.
I was hoping some one might no of a mathimatical formula i can use to judge and obtain the best proportion across my body based on body and muscle dimensions ( ie wrist and shoulder width or Chest measurments vs legs). I simply wan to look good, i hate seeing guys that over develop certain body parts - i think they look odd and like wankas.
