Question Need Advice on Contest Prep

What is the best way to incorporate Clen and T3 together into a contest prep cycle? Lets say you begin your cycle 15 weeks out from a show. When should you start and stop the T3 and Clen? Is it better to do them the whole 15 weeks or do a shorter pyramiding cycle and time it so it ends the week of the show?
Looking for opinions and what has worked for other competitors. Thanks

I think you will get lots of different answers on this...But for me I like to keep it pretty simple and just follow this plan...

Clens- I start around the 8-12 week area (depends on conditioning) When I start clens I start out with 2 tabs (40mcg's) and go up 1 tab (20mcg's) every 2 weeks....

Cytomel- Same situation start around the 8-12 week area (again depends on conditioning) and start out with 1 tab (25mcg's) and go up 1/2 tab (12.5mcg's) every 2 weeks until the show....Now with cytomel you kinda have to watch what your body is doing. Cytomel will eat up the muscle, just as fast as the fat...So if you doing good with 50mcg's (for example) you might just want to stay there or if you feel you are flat all the time, then you might have to up the carbs (or fats...depending on what type of diet) and gauge it from there...

I agree with Chris. A lot depends on the condition you are starting from and your diet. If your serious you may wanna hook up with a brand name nutritionist that has a good track record for training champs. Contest prep is like landing a plane. You wanna come in nice and easy. Make sure you can talk to that person openly. Ya know what I mean. Peace---------free
