I think you will get lots of different answers on this...But for me I like to keep it pretty simple and just follow this plan...
Clens- I start around the 8-12 week area (depends on conditioning) When I start clens I start out with 2 tabs (40mcg's) and go up 1 tab (20mcg's) every 2 weeks....
Cytomel- Same situation start around the 8-12 week area (again depends on conditioning) and start out with 1 tab (25mcg's) and go up 1/2 tab (12.5mcg's) every 2 weeks until the show....Now with cytomel you kinda have to watch what your body is doing. Cytomel will eat up the muscle, just as fast as the fat...So if you doing good with 50mcg's (for example) you might just want to stay there or if you feel you are flat all the time, then you might have to up the carbs (or fats...depending on what type of diet) and gauge it from there...
