I just started my first cycle of deca and dbol ( nandrolone 200 and pink anabol tablets ) I'm doing 1cc of deca a week for 10 weeks and 4 pills a day for 7 weeks.
My question was when will i be able to see strength gains and resaults? I'm on my fifth day so far.
My other question is i'm a smoker and i cut down to about 5 a day since i started my cycle. Will smoking effect my growth?
My last question is i'm eating a lot during the day. Every 3 hours. My last meal is usually 2 or 3 in the morning. I was wondering if i should stay away from carbs like rice, bread etc. at night and just stick to
protein or can i still have both?
