how to post pics?

anyone know how to reduce pic sizes? its 262kb

sure you need first a picture editing program.. preferably not paint.. something like Photo shop or paint shop pro.. then you can go to "resize" and simply just shrink the picture.. my right clicking the file and checking properties you can tell how my KB it is after..
