I take it sub-q as I'm doing between 4 and 8 pokes ED. Use no more than 1ml per site.

As xcel said, SQ, 1ml per site.

Also, theoretically it can be used orally as none of the ingredients would get destroyed by the stomach - theoretically, as I don't know anyone that has been willing to try it that way.

Some people have used it orally and the blood tests following the use showed that it worked.
