protein? its as or even more important than the supplements. 3 weeks isnt much time but you should be getting atleast some good pumps and strength., for me it took a bit for the scales to start tippin (few months or so) then it just kept coming an coming. Gained about thirty pounds on my first
few months off some weak ass sten and Laurabolin.
Change to another test and stack a good anabloic with it
like Deca or Eq. Also up yopur doses, 250 mg every 4 days isnt shit. alls your doing is giving your balls a vacation.
This is what i would do in your situation.
Upyour test to ATLEAST 750mg a week, also add Deca or EQ
at 400mg a week.
hows your trainin? how many days, whats your split
Maybe you just got some fake gear but my guess is you need more
protein and testosterone. Good luck
