just wondering, im getting a huge(d-bol like) pump while doing any upper body training... been hitting the
Syntherol in the bi's and tri's for a little over a week now(6'3", long a$$ arms way behind the rest of the upper body being the reason for the synth)... do you guys still try to push max weights each set, or do you drop the poundage some to be able to get quality reps out of each set? thanks for any help.
