Tell me what you think of this.........
Ok, I'm not set on this by no means but I would like your opions on this. I'm trying to move up a weight class and need some serious LBM. This is just an idea I came up with several weeks ago and am curious as to what you guys think of it. Again, it's just an idea so if you don't like it please don't flame me too bad :-)
Wks 1-4: dbol
Wks 1-12: 1 gram of test enanthate (QV and ICN)
Wks 1-12: 400 mg of equipoise (QV)
Wks 13-17: 75 mg of fina ed
Wks 13-17: 50-100 mg of test suspension ed
Wks 13-17: cynomel ramp
Somaject GH for 5 or 6 months (starts with the Dbol)
I'm new to the GH so I'm doing 2 iu 5 on 2 off for the first month and then I'll gradually work my way up to 4 or 5 iu. I have enough to do this for a minimum of 5 months.
*****Now here is the kicker*****
I know everything has looked somewhat normal so far, but what I think will really help me pack on the pounds is insulin. I have used humalog before so I feel that I know what I am doing. I have searched every message board and read every artical on slin so I feel that I am well educated on it.
Here is what I think can be done with the slin:
weeks 1-4: 10 iu humalog post workout (4x a week)
weeks 5-8:10 iu of humalin r AM 4 times a week (mornings I am not doing cardio) and humalog post workout (4x a week). The humalin would be done first thing in the morning, and if it is done on a workout day then I will still shoot the humalog afterwards (I will make sure the humalin has cleared my system).
weeks 9-12: 10-15 iu of humalin r AM 5-6 times a week and 10 iu of humalog post workout (4x a week)
weeks 13-17 NO SLIN
weeks 18-21 10 iu of humalog post workout (4x a week) and an occasional morning dose of humalin r. This is during clomid therapy and I have found that insulin does a good job of helping maintain your gains post cycle.
BTW, I am bulking but eating very clean. My fat is always at or close to 0 when insulin is active, so I would hope with the GH, cardio (3 x a week at 45 minutes), anabolics, and clean diet fat gain will be minimal.
Tell me what you think of this. If you think it's stupid and sucks, please let me know. I don't know if I will do it but if the diet and training is right, I think this could really pack on the lean lbs!!!
