Powders being used???

Ok Wouldnt it be safer to get powders overseas than tabs overseas??? Just seems less suspicouos??? Anyone have info on the use of powders and recieving them etc...Any info on the subject would be helpful. THanks

If you are talking about importing them FROM overseas to the U.S.(if this is where you live) theen I would think not, simply because of everything that happened with the anthrax and things like that. But I have never dealt with that personally so I could not say for sure.
