cramping and clen?

Does any one get serious cramping while they are taking clen? I trained legs thursday and today is saturday and I can still barely walk. I did take a little bit of time off my legs but on my first set it felt like my legs were already cramping.

I was told that cramping is normal bacause clen is a mild diuretic. I am also using it right now( 4th day) for the first time. You might try upping your water intake. I am not that experienced with it so maybe someone else will add their input.

Clen can deplete electrolytes like potassium which can result in severe cramping and even temporary paralysis. The best form of dietary potassium are the prescription effervescent tablets. They kick the shit out of potassium pills as far as bioavailability and usually dosage is concerned.

That shit hurts, I got cramps in my quad and hams at the sametime, i thought my femur was going to break. Potassium is ok, magnesium and taurine will greatly as well. Good luck and drinks lots of water. It is a mild diruetic.

Thanks everyone. Yeah I drink water while I train but during the day I do not drink a lot because I have the worlds smallest bladder and I will have to go pee a thousand times a day and when I keep walking out on my professors they get a little steamed.
