i remeber back my first 2 diets i did, they were identical with one thing different the first one including no EFA's same ratios of carbs,protien,fat, and same amount of cardio, 2nd one i jused omega 3 fish oil, teaspoon of olive oil 3 times a day, and flax seed oil 3/day. I can say for sure the 2nd diet worked much better and
fat loss was a lot faster.
