every 4 day would be Mon-Thurs-Sun

or

Mon- Fri-Tues

do you count the day you took it or not

Oh yeah the "am I going to die" paranoia, is it too much, is it too little...And my personal favorite that I used to and still do (sometimes) encounter....The "do I have gyno" syndrome, always walking around feeling my damn nipples LOL...My wifes always asks "What the hell are you doing"?LOL.....
