Knee pain...
|--[\\\\]>------- Ok, just got done doing leg presses. Had to stop early b/c it hurt too much. My last set i stacked the whole leg press for 10 reps (deep) and no pain, then i stripped it down to 5 to do some reps to finish up and when i put my legs up to begin, i couldn't bend my right knee, that tendon (patilar) i'm guessing was fucking sore as hell! It wouodn't let me bend my knee more than 45degs. it kept wanting to straighten out...what the hell is that? I did extrensions b4 presses and stretched as well. i am getting too strong for my tendons, i'm mid. cycle now. i'm guessing i should just ice it and take some aleve? anyone ever had this prob.? i'm not wrapping my knees..haven't for about a year now and was getting stronger w/out wraps so i didn't want to rely on it as a crutch.

you have to
lay off legs one wk ice three times a day take aleve every day and take before lifting your legs 30 min prior! the juice should heal it up fast so rest it!!

I have same stupid join pain in both knees, i just now started working legs for first time only extensions/curls mind you in about 2months. my problem is diagnoced tendanitus. vioxx may help you out, also im not sure what you cycle consist of but if its not too harsh try 2400mg motrin a day, 800mg 3 times a day, for a few weeks, see if the pain stops.. are you taking winstrol? have you considered dmso, maybe throw in fina to your cycle or convert over to via dmso... just a few suggestions overall tho best advice would be go to doctor if it continues

|-[\\\\]>---------- Well, the day after and still pain. everytime, (especially up stairs) when i walk, that pressure shoots pain right into my knee...seeing a doc. tomarrow....do'n't know why...he'll just tell me to lay off of it....i'm just going for my gf.

Be careful bro-I ripped my patella tendon almost clear off my knee after loading up the hack-squat with 20 plates.Had wraps on too.The only thing that was holding my knee to my calve were about 3 strands of tendon.The pain was just like you described,so by all means go to the Dr. just to keep your girl happy-/

your right all regular doctors are morons it seems when it comes to sports injurys, thier only advice is always "just take a few weeks off blah blah" I have a dislocated hip, tendanitus in forearms + knees. a recovering sprained ankle, 2 slipped disc, and a curve in my spine. I have not been able to squat or deadlift all year, and no doctor or chiropractor has even marginally helped me.

BBA, keep us posted on what you find out from your doctor. I have this exact same problem and it's in both knees. I do know that if I use wraps the pain is almost totally eliminated. I am just afraid that using wraps is masking the problem and will only make it worse in the long run. This really sucks because I have never had a problem like this and it has been lingering for months now. By the way this board looks good, I usually am at PM.

I've got one word for you....TENDONITIS. I have tendonitis in my patella tendon and it hurts like a bitch when I do leg press. I do alot of hacks and front squats which puts alot of pressure on my knees. There is no cure for it, you have to learn to train and live with it.

I had patella tendonitis for about 3 months, and like someone said before, ice it 3 times a day and take alieve. Sounds like your tendon got locked into place, my elbows do that at times.

Between football,motocross & amp; 26yrs of squattin my knees feel your pain..viox,ice,800mg ibuprofen before workout,ice after workout, oh I do my extentions 1st ,4 sets -25reps gets things warmed up (endorphins kick in, along w/ibuprofen )crankup the metallica & amp; suck it up!
