The "sus flu" is flu like symptoms you (may/may not) get from shootin the sus.
If you've never used before it's probably just your body adjusting to the new juices flowing in your system. Also, the rate at what you shoot could cause some pain as well. Meaning if you shoot too fast, it may end up being sore. It's probably a combo of all.
I've learned to shoot about 1ml per minute, which has seemed to work. Except for Prop. I'm shooting 1ml @ about 2 minutes and it's still kicking the shit out of me. Hope this helps..good luck /t\

It's just a suggestion/guidance, bro. When I shoot it fast, I swell up and am sore for days. To each their own. Find what works for you (in many different aspects) and go with it. I prefer to shoot slower...Take care.

I always take about 600-800mg of ibuprofen before I shoot. this seems to help somewhat. I heard that if you massage the area for several minutes afterwards it will help disperse the liquid and ease the pain. Hope this helps.

And what oils would this be?...Look bro it works for me...I dont think it has to be exactly a min per cc but it was an estimate given to me by a well well well respected vet and bodybuilder...
See I ve always had probelms with quad shots and he told me to use a 25g pin and go slow...I still feel a little discomfort but NOTHING near the pain I used to experience...Quads are hit and miss...There are alot of nerves there and all you have to do is get close to one and ouch....
Glutes I inject as fast as it will go in as Ive never had a problem there...

Do what works for you, bro. I've been a human pin cushion and some shit hurts and some doesn't. I personally like to take it slow as I have found this makes the pain (if any) less than what I've experienced when I've shot fast. Take care, bro.

for soreness,
make sure you rub the site really well.
it also helps to shoot right before training
the training will increase the blood flow and that'll help with the swelling.

|---[\\\\\]>------------ Sus flu is exactly what it means. b4 you get the 'flu' ppl usually feel achy, lethargic (sp) and tired, well, when ppl who use sus, s'times they get these symptoms, s'times they don't. It usually only lasts 24 hours, but with aleve right after you shoot, you will be fine. Believe me, i know about sus flu right now, i'm currently on my 2nd blitz of sus...1cc ED for 3 weeks.

Yeah, exactly bro!...now I don't sit there with a stopwatch and time myself, but it seems like a long time, but it could be 30 secs. When I first shot, I did it real fast and was sore with a huge lump in my ass. Now I just slow it down and seem to be good (except with prop). Again, do what works for you..slow is good for me, but that's because I'm a puss /t\ */
