FIRST CYCLE lets go!!

OK guys and girls,

i have started my first ever cycle and i chose sust 250 for it..

i did not stack as its kinda $$ to get more stuff, but i think that this will be enough for my 1st.

the sust is INFAR from india. it has white labels and a big 250 in green font . it also has an "H" in a triangle in the top left, i know this means something but im not sure??anyone?

anyways not all the levels in all the amps are exactly the same, i am worried about fakes, as there are so many out there now!!

they also have the dates and batch numbers printed on them...i heard this could be bad..any ideas...

they did make my tongue numb when i tasted it..thi si read is good.so i dont know???

anyways do you think that 250mg every 4 days would be a good dosage for a 22 year old first time user who weight about 165..?

I think you should lift HARD at LEAST 2-3 years to exaust your natural potential....6` tall +165lbs=not much serious training.

I don't think you should get flamed bro, but I agree at 6'0 165, that's pretty skinny (he musta said previously he was 6'0?).

Anyway, I'd say eat a shitload more because if your diet isn't on, I don't know how much you'll keep/gains. But, it seems like youre hell-bent on doing it, so good luck and make sure you eat. :cookie1:

What I've realized is that many of us (me included) have little to no patience in this game and want everything (results/etc) right now. I'm starting to realize that it doesn't work this way. Work hard, eat everything, get plenty of rest and you'll grow, but at 165 it shouldn't take much to grow. Do the above and throw in some gear, you could no shit put on some serious poo-poo. Just be smart! Good luck/take care /t\

Agreed, train hard and eat well then chuck in a bit of gear and you'll grow like a weed!

I might also get flamed for this, but since you already have it I KNOW you are going to take it anyway, and at the very low dose you mentioned I think you will be fine. but just understand gear should mainly be used when you are reaching your maximium NATURAL potential. Just makes much better sence, since it isnt neccesary just yet.

When I started, even with my intense style of training, supplements, and strict dieting, all results came to a hault, and all my hard work only gave me maintence instead of growth, IMO thats when you know your ready.

ok lets just make a little clarification gear is not the end all be all that alot think. Gear is simply another suppliment that we add to our routine. If diet training and rest isnt already perfect then the kind of results desired will not be attained regardless if you are using gear or not. Now when you get a few years under your belt gear can be great for adding alot of size quickly and keeping alot of size while dieting. But in the end it is just a suppliment nothing more

12 weeks at 250mg and add alot of calories (carbs, protein, fats)
