Arrow help with fat loss

I have 80 tabs of clen. I weigh 289 at 30% BF, I was wondering if you could help with fat loss. I have done 2 previous cycles before, but(to make a long story short) quit and then got fat again.) .) Any help you all could give me would really be appreciated.

I think it looks pretty good, this all happened one day when I looked in the mirror and I just thought how could I have let this happen to myself? Anywho, I work nights from 4pm-12:30am I eat something like a 6'' sandwich from subway, and then at 6 o'clock break I usually have an mrp(mostly primo max from maxmuscle, sometimes myoplex) sometimes a tuna sandwich loaded with tuna. At lunch I'll usually have like a couple of chicken breasts and some rice or a sandwich from subway, it doesnt vary much. On second break at 10:30 another mrp, after work I go to the gym, workout, cardio, and then I usually have a sandwich or I buy a protein bar from the gym, or premixed drink. I am sorry for the long post butI just wanted to give as much info. as I can to get the bast help I can, oh I forgot to mention earlier that I also have t3, but I am kind of scared of using that, but would if recommended. thanks for your help!!

rajjin is right about the t-3, if your using it you need to know what your doin, and need to be using something like test to keep it from burning muscle and fat. You need to use supplements with low carbs and watch your overall carb intake everyday, and do lots of cardio.

Howdy

First off if you 30% bf we need to get some things in order. Personally I would start out with a 45/35/20 ratio for yourself. Check out pro muscle's articles section and check out the dieting area. There is a quick easy way to figure out your BMR (basil metabolic rate) You take 90% of that.

I would workout 4-5 days a week and hit cardio 30-45 min 5 days a week depending on what you can handle.

Foods go LOW GI during the day and REALLY HI GI post workout!
Healthy fats are good in meals you dont take carbs in. Vary your protein sources each meal.. so you get different amino pools.

Supplement wise clen is good. I would hit Synthetek up for there syntheslen and there l-carnitine prodcut. They will help with the lean tissue and help mobilize the adipose tissue. Shoot for 1-3lbs a week no more or its going to quick... first week though is water weight loss and can be more.

Cycle wise i would hit tren , with some prop or cyp and maybe some eq for the vascular effect. Winni, anavar or primo will help greatly with fat loss as well. Good luck! Let us know if we can help more/t\

one thing to remember is that you shouldn't try to lose all that weight over night.
set the goal of losing 2 pounds a week until you hit your goal.
this will help you hold onto as much muscle as possible
if you lose too much too fast you'll be burning lots of muscle.

the only way to get into the shape you want is discipline over the long haul. their are no quick fixes, its a lifestyle change.

good luck bro.

EXACTLY. You have to change your diet so you can stick with it. Also try and work some cardio in in the mornings. Dont rely on drugs to get you thin. Too many people on these boards (myself included) have learned to use all these drugs we have access to as a crutch for our bad habits.

Yea if i were you if you can get some t3 maybe pick that up, and run 100mcg clen/day, 25mg/cytomel, and eca. if diets clean and cardio is existent and intense then your fat loss will be at a noticable rate.
