I am 6 weeks into my cycle and I did a glute injection 2 weeks ago of about 3 and a half cc's. A day later, my ass was so sore that I had a really hard time even sitting down in my car. And I had a slight fever of 101. The injection site was also warm to the touch, but not red. My ass was swolen. It also felt like there was a huge knott in the glute. Could this have been an absess? The fever lasted for about 3 days. It may have been due to dirty gear though. I used the last of the bottle for the injection so there might have been some particles or something that I sucked up into the syringe. Anyway, if this was not an absess, do you think that I would be fine injecting 2.5 cc's in the same glute 2 weeks after the previous injection? I am planning on shooting 2.5cc's into each glute today

If the swelling/pain has gone away, which I'm assuming it has because you want to shoot the same area again, I'd bet that it wasn't an abcess, just an assload (;ass;) of gear in one spot. You're probably safe to do it but I hate a sore ass. Good luck...

If the pain and lump are gone Id say your ok.
Omna`s always make my inj site red an they hurt. What kinda gear you runin and maybe hit some other sites. Nowadays
my favorite is delts and triceps. after that i go to legs. hardly hit the ole Glutes anymore but its your safest bet.

|--[\\\]>-------- To me sounds like you injs. 3cc's too fast. But that wouldn't explain the fever, but it does explain the swollen and pain that you experienced.

All went well. I am using QV Test cyp. What I did was I aimed about an inch lower on the glute than my previous injection and only shot 2.5cc's of test in each glute yesterday. And I have no pain today!
