i personally feel t3 has no place in the non-competitive bodybuilders arsenal. its great for getting those last few striations in running up to the day of the show, but the day after the show when you get off, the rebound will start(and yes, there is a rebound effect) but to those who compete, a little fat at this time means nothing, the shows over, and the cards have falen where they may. where as if you are just trying to lose a little weight, getting it right back(minus the muscle that you burned on t3) can be a horrible thing. and i wouldnt even let the thought of doing it without running gear with it cross my mind. i am not a fan of t3.
