DECA?

One of my friends that is a female wants to start taking DECA. She was wondering how much she should take. She is about 5'1 105lbs. I told her I would ask the members here for help. Any advice would be great! THanks guys & gals!

for deca i wouldnt go above 50mgs per week for females.
