hello to all and I was referred by my freind Td24. I give him all the props. I really like this board because their seems to be less bullshit posts on it than others. I am 6 ft and around 215 and holding about 12% to 15% bodyfat. Been on 600mg of test depot for 7 weeks and the next 5 I am adding 50mgs of winstrol eod and 75mgs of fina everday. Taking 1ml letrozole EOD. Also 400 mgs of ALA and just order some
milk thistle. I am not competing and this my first cycle. Looking to be a lean 220 or so when done.
My question lies in the fact I want to get back on quickly. I have read from the doggcrapp file on Animal board about leveling at 400 mgs of test for 4 weeks after your cylcle and doing your clomid and anti e's at this time for two weeks. Then firing back up again at a decent run. Mine will be 750 test cyp, 400 eq, and lets throw in some 25 mg d bol ed oral, for 4 weeks. Maybe add the fina or trade it out with the eq. Then back on the 4 week leveling period. This is suppose to keep your natural test and hormone levels close to normal by the use of clomid for the first two weeks of the leveling period. Has anyone tried this? And I am really confused about the clomid thing. I have done the searches and everyone seems to have there own ideal about clomid. Me and Td have talked but now I am throwing it at you for some help. Peace.
my diet is as follows:
wakeup 50 gram shake
9:00 AM 6oz chix breast, 2 whole eggs, and a piece of fruit
12:00 6oz of meat in a sandwich with all the trimmings
1:30 to 3:00pm train -- 2 on one off, on one off day I hit calfs again.
post work out ABB mass recovery 35
protein, 45 or so carbs
next 30 or 60 minutes another 50 gram shake
6:00p.m. or so I eat 6 to 10 oz of meat with a salad or vegs
10:30 pm I have another 50 gram shake. SCI tech Mayo Meal
12:00am to 7:00 am sleep and work all day.
Plus I have to taste food all day in between meals because I cook for a living.
Any hints or suggestions let me know.
