Any of you guys use b-12? Can you tell any difference in your appetite? I found some pretty cheap, vet grade, and was just wondering if it is worth buying. The stuff I'm lookin at is 1000mcg. per ml. What would be the recommended dosage?

Ive used it before as a filler for test suspension, only because it seemed to help ease the painfull shots. mine was vet grade also
the red stuff that looks sim to reforvit. I think you can also get Human Grade from a Pharmacy?

I wouldnt mess around with vet grade when Synthetek has a "sus" version thats human grade! Its off the hook... im taking some syntheslen right now and that makes me hungry like you have no idea. On my cheat day (dieting right now) i put down around 8000 calories.... needless to say i paid for the next day... or the toilet did. Its also a good anti oxidant. Check the link at the top. b-12 makes me hungry constantly.
I use Synthelamin - 2,000mcg/ml. It has timed release esters in it just like sus :)

Synthelamin is inj only. IM or SQ, your choice. I like to do 1ml ED or EOD, but the esters actually make it last 1 week in your system.
