just wanted to introduce myself in this forum since it is where i will be spending my time. here is a little info on me; i am 32 yrs old, 5'11, 260lbs, about 12%BF right now. i have been training 15 or so years. i have competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding over the years. hope i can help out a little as much as i am helped! see you all around the board!/t\
