I thought I would pop in here and make my cycle known......
first off, stats:
on Feb 4 my stats were as follows:
ht - 6'4
wt - 215lbs
ch - 46"
wa - 36"
bi - 16.5"
th - 27"
ca - 16"

history:
I started lifting at age 36. At the time I weighed 165# and a real low bf% (duh). It took me 4 years to reach 205# (no supps). Then I did a light anavar only cycle. Regardless, I have been between 205 and 215 for the past 2 years.
Anyway, I'm at the start of week 4 of:
sustenon 250, 1
amp/week for 10 weeks. that's it (of course I do have anti-e's and HCG on hand). I deliberately chose this low dose cycle to assess the effects on my body, as well, lifting has become a part of my life and will remain a lifestyle for me, so I wanted to leave room for future growth.
Results so far:
at the start of week 4 I am up 12# (weighed in on 28-2 at 227#). I am pleased and a bit surprised, I figured at my height and weight that at that dose I would not really see anything until weeks 3-4. I also realize that some of that is water retention.
My goals:
funny, when I weight like 175, i wanted to weigh 225. I actually need to weigh close to 280 # to have the body proportions I desire. We shall see. I think 240 is a better goal......er.....um........ no. I want to be huge, I'll stick to 280.
