Dumbness...

|--[\\\]>-------- Ok, this has happend 2 weeks in a row...everytime i train legs, especially doing leg presses, my legs go numb, in the ass region and in the mid section (penis/balls)...my feet even tingle....it tingles so much it's unconfortable and hurts to a point. I can't really feel my legs when this happens..i end up laying on the ground and still, it tingles...it only goes away after time...heard of this b4?

Hey bro,
I had a similiar problem before and it was my "sciatic" (excuse my spelling) nerve. While doing seated cable rows I got a warm and numbing sensation that ran down from my hip to the tip of my toes and I thought I would train through it, "big mistake"! the next day I was in horrible pain, I couldn't move my leg due to the pain. I had my girlfriend drive me to the doctors office. When I got there the doctor told me I had a condition called "sciatica" and that only time and physical therapy would cure it, so after three week's of painful stretching I was back to normal. The moral of this story is "don't try to train through it" think about laying off legs for a couple week's. The only upside to my story is the doc wrote me a script for 300 soma's and 300 vicadin which lasted much longer than my injury did :)

if you go to doc

You may want a PSA test to make sure your prostate is OK. Probably not your problem, but never take a chance with your prostate health.

If its hapening when your legs are pumped.

Then it might be a blood vessel that is getting pinched off from the extreme pump. This happens to some people that are on and already get good pumps in the gym.

|---[\\\\]>------- Thank you for all the replies, Tman2002, this may be true, i always do leg presses 2nd exercise, so my legs are FULLY pumped by that time. I'm 'on' a heavy cycle right now so maybe that it is a combo of the two?

A pinched nerve to me. I work for some docs / chiropracters. I bet a couple adjustements would fix you quickly. I train people whos feet go numb while doing cardio and they had some adjustments and the problem was solved. Something could be pinched , hindering some blood flow etc.. Definately an easy fix by a chiropractor if thats what it is. Hope it gets better!(w)
