Diet Coke

I had a client a few months back who had the problem that no matter how lean she got she still held a fair bit of water, we tried anti-e's and everything else under the sun, In the end I came to the conclusion that her love affair with Diet coca cola was the problem. Even though diet coke has less that a cal and no fat/carbs, the sweetner was the problem. Has anyone else heard or experanced this or simmilar and do any of you have any knoledge as to why it happened?

yep bro happened to me to , the artificial sweetner does make you hold water, used to drink truckloads of the stuff before a show years back couldn't figure out why was holding water untill stopped diet coke it all fell off :)

gotta be lower back or midsection. ive also heard of guys
rubbing down w/prepH (hemroid shrinker) to tighten up the skin even more. I give any competetive bb much respect to follow

Thanks rAJJIN :) 1 week and 6 days to go , not that I'm counting :) At the moment looking very vascular but holding bit water threre, will try get some shots up from show if poss the next day. Doesn't look like Flex will be doing the Aussie show as well, hope he is ok :)
