Tman maybe you are taking to much potassium bro and not enough sodium try lowering your potassium levels as I used to take slow K quite abit as well and found when stopped it muscle cramps all but disappeared :)
If you look on proM i had a post about clen cramps. I honestly thought my quads and hams(both cramped at the same time) were going to shater my femur.... anyhow magnesium, sodium and water will help tremendously. To much potassium i read can help cause cramps?? Taurine is supposed to help as well. Keep an electrolyte drink with you when working out or whenever these cramps are hitting you and that could help out.
