injection problem

i took a shot today it was 1cc of enanthate and 1cc of fina mixed---i put 1cc in my right delt and the other in my left--well my left delt had a huge lump in it so i added a heating pad to the area to help move the oil---and now the area is numb---so i took a penicilin tab---what do you guys think caused this--i know that the dart wasnt in all the way but over 1/2 of it was in--think this could abcess?

|--[\\\\]>---------- Abcess means there is an infection, and an infection can not occur mins. after you inj. usually takes days. Wht you did, IMO, is you inj. too fast. You could have also hit a nerve. I do that a lot especially in my delts, your delt will be sore, then numb, and sore again for a couple of days...you are ok, it's not an abcess.

evry time i hit shoulders (wich is often) ill get a big ole goose egg.
sometimes the size of a golfball even. Im sure it will fade in a few days `er so. also i like to go atleast 1" even 1 1/2 is fine,
you may have just not got that side deep enough, imo
also arent you on Icn`s bro? those are top of the line so i wouldnt worry much about infection. If it was QV enintat though
then i would deffinatley be cautious. good luck

I agree with rajjin.Sounds like you didn't inject deep enough.I had this happen one time and it knotted up.Just keep rubbing it to try to disperse it.I get knots like that a bunch on my tris when I inject them,especially when i shoot them in the head.Also,like bigbadasian said,you could have injected to fast.Just keep an eye on it.

I agree with rajjin and bba, I find that if i just massage the hell out of it the usually it goes away a little quicker.

Your fine had to have hit a nerve. An abcess will occur around 24-72 hours later, it will be hot to the touch and you feel like ass. Heating pad, massage and maybe some light rep stuff to help get things moving in the shoulder. You should be fine :).

In my opinion, you are fucked. Get to a doctor ASAP. LOL. Only if it doesn't go away within 2 weeks, start to be concerned. I do have an encapsulated abcess on my delt. Been there about a year. I just don't hit it there anymore. Gotta just say fuck it and move on.

Sounds like you lanced a nerve or the oil is pushing against one, I wouldn't sweat it. Massage the crap out of it and drink a beer. lol
