Jay is unreal, the olympia will not just be handed out this year. Jay looks harder and more striated. He made some really good improvements and will win the Arnold without breaking a sweat.

Ironman mag, getbig and muscletime has some great pics ( the first comparison is on video at muscltime. Melvin did well and I had troy right there with flex.


Anyone know how Kevin is coming along for the arnold?? He actually trained more than 8 weeks for this show!:kickass: +)
