During a cycle this is my supplement regiment:
1) ZMA made by EAS 4 before workout and 4 at bedtime
2) GKG made by EAS 4 after workout and 4 at bedtime
3)
bcaa Anabolic Fuel TWIN LABS 4 before and 4 after workout
4) Lecthin 1200mg each 1 w/ each meal
5) GNC mega Men Vitamin and Mineral 1 a day
6) NitroTech and CellTech
Some cycles I might add some other products but the above is a standard I live by every cycle.
