DEA signed...
|--[\\\]>------ Check this out: A buddy of mine placed an order for a friend of his. Sent money out via Fedex overnite, sig. waived on the 31st of Jan. It was sent to the same addy as last time he ordered. This time, the tracking showed that it was excepted in another city (same state) and signed by a DEA Agent...it actually said signed for by DEA Agent on the Fedex website. The 31st was on a friday, so next day would mean it should have been there monday, but it was signed for on tues. That means, Fedex had it for a day and turned it over to DEA the next day i'm assuming. Any legal minds out there? Sending cash is no crime right? If he were to be questiond, he could just say he has no idea what they are talking about.

If it was sent international, you would be reguired to fill out a description and value of the commodity inside the envelope for customs. This is where they would probably have something on you for not declaring what was being sent.
Also on the back of the Fedex international air waybill, it says that they do not accept transportation of money.

That's pretty wierd, bro. I don't think sending cash through the mail is a crime...just think of how many people send/receive Birthday Cards (with cash) in the mail, etc. (other than a check). I'm no "legal mind", but maybe someone was 'watching' that address.

Well immediately if you are sending or recieving cash now the government ASSUMES it is for illegal drugs and shit. THey don't realize that millions of people get money like this that aren't involved in illegal activity but, of course, our government thinks the worst of its citizens. They will most likely try to pin a conspiracy crime on him but, most likely won't have much to go on but, the $$ will never be returned, the feds take it as a tip....FUCKING HYPOCRITES!!!

Go over to chad n's board nd put a post in the pro section. Rick collins in now on that board from time to time and I'm sure he will know what to do. think this is your best bet, other than cleaning his house and forgetting about it. Cause that sounds really fucked up to me.

Bro was not in posession or caught receiving. Conspirancy (intent) to purchase is very difficult to prove.

|--[\\\\]>-------- Souce emailed me and said that he is not being watched and that my friend is prob. the one being watched..i call Bullshit on that b/c
A) if my friend was being watched, the money would never have left his state. Drug task force in his state would have gotten it.
B) If they wanted to bust him, they would have let the $$ through and waited until he recieved the $$.
I personally thnk that my source was being watched and the authorities got the $$ from him as they are building a case against him.

Man i'm not to sure what to think about that except you always need to make sure you cover your ass. I would trust your instincts because they're usually right and hey at least that way you are in no danger. Just play it safe.
