sucks!
anyone train for a long time say like 5 to 10 yrs and everthing is good the whole time? you train hard grow hit Plateau and get through them and train and grow ect... but then one day say for like a month you body acts weird. i mean you think you know your body and how to work it the way you want. but one day your body starts to do nothing like you can't gain or loss fat/muscle . it like a Plateau but worse your body is doing nothing at all, you can run an hour everyday and nothing changed! what is it?
